Yes, comfortably. The Duster manual with its 6-speed gearbox and 4x4 drive is well suited to the Tizi n'Tichka (2,260m). The manual gearbox gives you full engine braking on descents, which many drivers prefer in the mountains.
The manual Duster (€47/day) gives more control on steep or slippery roads and is more fuel-efficient. The automatic Duster (€57/day) is more comfortable in heavy traffic and preferred by drivers who are not used to manual gearboxes. Both have identical ground clearance (210mm) and 4x4 capability.
The Duster handles sand tracks at the edge of the Erg Chebbi dunes. Reduce tyre pressure before leaving tarmac and engage 4x4 mode. For deep dune driving, a specialized vehicle is required, but the Duster is fine for standard camp access tracks.
